Okay, this is pretty late in the game, but ST has some beef on sale for 1.99/lb. They have a 2.00 off coupon on their website. Makes a great priced roast or steak! I bought some meat last time it was this cheap (without a coupon!!) and thought it was good quality.
(I'm headed there tomorrow if any of you locals want me to grab you some!)
